Because all OTEM products are made-to-order, please allow 2 business days for your order to process and an additional 3-8 business days for production. Please contact email@example.com for rush orders.
Once your order is ready, we offer a variety of shipping options:
USPS First Class Mail (U.S. only, 1-3 business days) — $5 flat rate
USPS Priority 2-day Express (U.S. only, 2 business days) — $10 flat rate
USPS Priority Express (U.S. only, next day) – $32 flat rate
USPS Flat Rate International (International, 6-10 business days) - $30
DHL International (international, 3-4 business days) - $70
All products over $300 are insured. International orders may be subject to additional customs and duties, depending on country, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS, Exchanges & MODIFICATIONS

Standard Purchases within the U.S.:
Exchanges and returns are accepted on items received in their original condition (unworn, unused and unaltered) within 14 days of purchase.
Standard Purchases outside of the U.S.:
All international orders are final sale.
All custom orders are final sale.
Damaged Items & Repairs
Quality is extremely important to us. If your item is damaged, we are happy to fix it or replace it for you within our 1-year warranty.
