Because all OTEM products are made-to-order, please allow 2 business days for your order to process and an additional 3-7 business days for production. Please contact email@example.com for rush orders.
Once your order is ready, we offer a variety of shipping options:
USPS First Class Mail (U.S. only, 1-3 business days) — $5 flat rate
USPS Priority 2-day Express (U.S. only, 2 business days) — $10 flat rate
USPS Priority Express (U.S. only, next day) – $32 flat rate
USPS Flat Rate International (International, 6-10 business days) - $30
DHL International (international, 3-4 business days) - $70
All packages are insured. International orders may be subject to customs and duties, depending on country.
MODIFICATIONS & Exchanges
Because of the unique made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds at this time. If there is a problem with your order, such as a damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your package. We will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy – including offering a full product exchange or an OTEM store credit.
Please note that custom designed and engraved products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
